Layout

This cosy house has three bedrooms, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge and a fireplace with wood-burning stove.

Guest house

A little further on the plot is a completely independent guest house with its own access. The guest house comprises a kitchenette, dining area, spacious bathroom and bedroom. The guest house can be further extended with an extra bedroom and/or lounge.

Outside

The spacious plot is playfully laid out with various seating areas, including an outdoor barbecue. In addition, you will find a large set-up pool on the plot. A large part of the plot is currently not used. Of course, you can use it as you wish.

Location

The house is located in the outskirts of Alicante. In the immediate vicinity you will have several neighbours, but you will be completely private.

Surroundings

The nearest town is Mutxamel, a medium-sized town with around 30,000 inhabitants and equipped with every imaginable facility. A drive to this town takes about 10 minutes.

A drive to the seaside resorts of El Campello or Playa San Juan takes around 15 minutes.
